Confinement 

Restrict your consume, your food intake, your thoughts and your expositions. Confine yourself in the present and you will free your mind and heart from restrictions tomorrow.

If you imprison your thoughts to the now they will become fewer, because they only exist now. Do not drag the yesterday’s thoughts into tomorrow. Limit the numbers and amounts of thoughts, food and tasks and not the variety of it.

Limiting your choices bears ideologies and cuts creativity. Confine yourself towards the moment and do not hang on the past, the things or what might come. Confinement helps loosing unneeded freight. Become aware of the importance of the moment.
