Slowly walk.
You breath in. Set your foot.
Your foot is the root of your body.
While your breath out the roots are growing, you are connected to Mother Earth.
At the lowest point of your lungs, you stay bound to your roots.
The urge to breath in and step forward gets bigger and bigger, but you stay in this moment.
Then the tension releases and you slowly take a step forward while you breath in again.
The steps are small and you feel you are not moving, but you are almost running.
Walk mindful, slowly step after step as you breath in and out.
One after another.
First in.
Then out.
An infinite rhythm.
Don’t stop breathing.
Keep walking.
